but we can do absolutely anything!

GF?  Vegan?  FOD, Keto, Raw, Fuel, Macro Focused?  We can do that

Whenever possible, ingredients are sourced locally,

often harvested the day of your meal.  It doesn't get any fresher than that!

Please don't hesitate to tweak, add, omit & make these menus your own.

In an attempt to cut-back on waste, 3Gs offers Compostable (corn or bamboo)

plates, cutlery, napkins, hot cups & clear cups with breakfast & lunch, and always
